1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website of The Imperial Charters, submitting a journey enquiry, completing a booking deposit, or applying to The Chauffeur's Block, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Scope of Services
The Imperial Charters acts as an exclusive bespoke concierge and charter coordinator. We arrange luxury executive vehicles, licensed private aviation charters, maritime yacht charters, and academy-certified chauffeur services.
Asset specifications and images displayed on representative fleet catalogues represent vehicle classes and categories; specific tail numbers, vessel hulls, or vehicle models are confirmed upon formal quotation and availability validation.
3. Quotations & Deposits
All quotations generated by our concierge office are time-limited and subject to fleet availability at the moment of deposit settlement. A passage is officially confirmed only upon verified receipt of the specified deposit via our authorized payment boundary or verified bank wire.
4. Cancellations & Changes
Itinerary modifications requested prior to departure are accommodated based on operator availability. Cancellations are governed by the specific terms detailed in your reviewed passage agreement and the operational policies of the underlying air/sea/ground operators.
5. Chauffeur's Block Conditions
Application to The Chauffeur's Block academy does not guarantee admission or placement. All candidates undergo independent identity verification, driving record inspection, and formal evaluation before certification and placement.
6. Liability & Operating Safety
Safety is paramount. Air and sea charters are operated under certified Air Operator Certificates (AOC) and Maritime Authority licenses. The commander of the aircraft or yacht captain maintains ultimate authority over navigation, safety, and passenger compliance.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international maritime, aviation, and commercial laws corresponding to the jurisdiction of the departure or contract execution.
